This corner house with four floors needed to be transformed into a maximum number of studios. By redesigning functions and floor plans it was possible to design four spacious studio’s  for couples. The studios are around  45 m2 each.
To reach the ideal area requirement for the studio apartment on the top floor, an extension was fitted.
